SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My scientific interests lay in the field of visual processing. Though this topic has been studied for a long period of time already, there are still unanswered questions about the ability of the brain to process the vast amount of visual information, which it receives. I hope to contribute with my work to solve some of these questions and help applying the knowledge to daily life problems and technical developments.
